Policies
Registration
Please make sure your dancer(s) have been registered on or before their first class. We now have two ways to do so:
- Create an account and utilize Dance Studio Pro for online registration
- Register in person by dropping your registration form and your payment in an envelope with the dancer’s full name in our payment box.
Use your Dance Studio Pro account to add additional classes or drop unwanted classes within the first two weeks as well!
Payment
Payments should be made, in full or in part, at the time of registration.
A $5 registration fee should be applied to the total bill at this time.
Please ask if you think your dancer or family may be eligible for our multiple class discount.
Our payment box is locked at all times and is located between the studio B restroom and dinking fountain near our entrance.
Please note that there are no refunds after the second week of the active semester.
You may access your dancer’s tuition information online with
Dance Studio Pro.
We are trying to limit our paper notes but can gladly print account information upon your request.
Attire
Dancers should wear clothing they can easily move in. Clothing should not be baggy as this disrupts the instructor’s ability to view of the dancer’s alignment and makes providing necessary corrections difficult.
Apparel can be purchased in our onsite apparel store or ordered for you at any time.
Please allow a minimum of two weeks for these orders to arrive.

Please ask your instructor for an order form.
Forms should be placed into an envelope with correct payment, labeled with your dancer’s name and put into the payment box.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for these orders to arrive.
Important information/Cancellations

It is important we have your dancer's most utilized e-mail address so we can send important information easily, quickly, and as soon as we have it.
Recital Notes
All instructors will post costume needs, notes regarding hair and make-up, or other important class specific information on the lobby bulletin board (located by the studio A door.)
Here, you will also find tech and dress rehearsal stage times, show orders, and information about ticket ordering.
More urgent information will be posted on our website home page or listed in your dancer's Dance Studio Pro account.
Costumes and tuition must be paid in full before the dancer is allowed to take his/her costume home.
